The session that held on 3rd of March
Last Monday we learnt about ‘ Stress ”. Stress divided into the two parts. They are,
- Mental Stress
- Physical Stress
In addition, there are two main times when we are stressed. They are ,
- Thinking about what will happened ( Future )
- Thinking about what has happened ( Past )
When we stress with above both times ,we can’t face the problem successfully. So, there are three things to reduce the stress.They are,
- Praying the god
- Learning from our mistakes
- Thanking god for giving us everything
These things help to relax us. And also we can face the challenges successfully.
