The session that held on 3rd of March

Last Monday we learnt about ‘ Stress ”. Stress divided into the two parts. They are,

  • Mental Stress
  • Physical Stress

In addition, there are two main times when we are stressed. They are ,

  1. Thinking about what will happened ( Future )
  2. Thinking about what has happened ( Past )

When we stress with above both times ,we can’t face the problem successfully. So, there are three things to reduce the stress.They are,

  1. Praying the god
  2. Learning from our mistakes
  3. Thanking god for giving us everything

These things help to relax us. And also we can face the challenges successfully.
