Exercise for the brain and body – enables the growth of physical and mental health.Disciplined lifestyle.Goal – helps to achieve your goals. #3. Plan/Next Steps – Thushar will start to teach the six O-level children science and math to prep them for the upcoming exams, they will need to share the doubts/questions they have 1 day before Thushar, he will start from tomorrow 12th March at 7pm local time.Project update – please update the AIMS and post weekly numbers and facts backed with pictures.Aishath will present her project on 14th March at 8 pm IST/SL time and 7:30 pm Maldives time.
