3p’s skill development online session held on 30th April, for the children at the Children’s home for Boys – Topic - Identifying and working towards one's goal. Overview - In today's session, it was discussed with the children that they should opt for a goal in life/career path they would want to achieve based on their passion/interests, skills and strengths and not by following anyone blindly. The golden circle rule was explained in line with identifying and working towards one's goal to achieve it. THE GOLDEN CIRCLE -
- WHY - The purpose of your goal: What is the case, and why do you believe you can achieve it?
- HOW - The process to reach one's goal.
- WHAT - What measure will you take to evaluate if you are in the right direction towards achieving your goal?
