It was mentioned to them that they need to have a goal which will give them a direction in their life, and they need to opt for a career based on their strengths and skills and beliefs. The SWAT Analysis framework was discussed to assist them in identifying their strengths to achieve their goals and what shortcomings they need to work on that may be a hindrance to them in achieving their goal.
