It was also explained to the students that they need to choose their career paths based on their passions, skill and compentatcies and while they go down the path towards working on their goal they will encounter results either positive or negative and they need to learn from both of them as this would create awareness among them and gain the necessary experiences to move forward towards achieving their goals. THE GOLDEN CIRCLE RULE/FRAMEWORK – WHY – The purpose of one’s goal: Cause and belief.HOW – The process to reach/work towards achieving their goal.WHAT – Self-evaluation of each process they selected to reach their goal.Assignment – Students to use the golden circle concept/framework in line with choosing and working towards their goal and present it during the next class.
