3p’s skill development online session held on 20th May @ Senha open shelter girls For Boys, a DCPUD unit - PFA Topic - Kathak dance classes Overview - This session was conducted by Chandhana Hosur an iINVENT ME Intern and a professional Kathak artist. In today's session, the students learned the below -  1.Namaskara (Salutation):  Namaskara is a respectful salutation performed at the beginning of a dance session. It is both a prayer and a gesture to seek blessings and bow down as a mark of respect.  2. Hastakas (Hand Gestures in Mudras) Hastakas refer to specific hand movements.
