Project :- Literacy programme for senior citizens. Accomplishments :- * I took one session in this week. * I revived them about kannada ovels and consonants. * I told them some kannada words in class and they are wrote that. * I gave home work to them that is to write for day consonants 5 times. Challenges :- * Teach together * teach or say more than one time that topic with patience. Lesson learnt: What we learn practically is remembered for a long time, rather than just reading. The 3P's skills that helped me in this project : * Project skill : time, task and expectation management. * people skill : Communication * personal skill : Leadership quality.
