1. Root cause analysis - understanding where the problem has started and the cause.
2. Action plan - start working towards a solution that will fix the problem permanently, and seek help from people who can assist.
3. Choose the solution that will fix the problem permanently.
4. Documentation for future references - Write down the Root cause of the problem and the solution applied that has fixed to problem permanently.
