If we have good health, we can enjoy the things that we have, be it through nature or from our earnings. 2. When we pay attention towards whatever we do, be it playing, helping others or working and doing things that we like to do, it will be beneficial for our physical and mental health. 3. Developing good habits and having good friends or people around us will help us maintain good health. 4. Following a balanced lifestyle, meaning having a balance between our personal and professional is a key to good physical and mental health. To practice a balanced lifestyle, we need to create a timetable based on the 24 hours we have in a day - Include 8 hours sleep + 8 hours for work + 8 hours for our family/friends/what we like doing. 5. Having a good and peaceful sleep for 8 hours will help our brain relax will enabling good relaxation for our body, enabling good health. Assignment - Students to share a day in this week where they followed a a balanced lifestyle. Next week's topic - Values and family.
