Date: 8th July 2025 #1.Attendance #19 (new interns#2) #2. 3p skill session – Topic: Mantras to lead a healthy lifestyle Overview – During the session today, the key aspects to lead a healthy lifestyle were discussed with the children as mentioned below - Developing good habits and having good friends or people with us to share will enable good health.Following a balanced lifestyle, meaning having a balance between our personal and professional is a key to good physical and mental health. To practice a balanced. Lifestyle, we need to create a timetable based on the 24 hours we have in a day – Include 8 hours sleep + 8 hours for work + 8 hours for our family/friends/what we like doing.Having a good and peaceful sleep for 8 hours will help our brain relax will enabling good relaxation for our body enabling good health. #3. Plan/Next Steps – 1. Annual intern awards and brainstorming are scheduled on 24th July, 8 pm IST. The artists confirmed – India – Kavya (song), I Srilanka – Sulakshana, I Maldives – Aishath (poem) – they will send the details by tomorrow, 9th July.The request from the children from India is to move the session to 1st week of August as they have their FA1 exams during the last week of July. 2. The interns by 2nd July local time have to update on the CLICS on their accomplishments on their project for this quarter with facts, figures and images, as this will be considered for the annual awards for the last academic year 2024 – 2025. 4. Project update – interns to update the AIMS section of their CLICS every Monday with numbers and facts backed with pictures in the format shared. 5. Interns take down notes during the session while the topic is being discussed in line with the 3P skill program and post updates to their CLICS with the learnings, questions and any suggestions. 7. The interns are requested to enable their community members to join the internship program, and the scores will be added to the internship evaluation. 8. Children from AMITSU to update the pending session on their CLICS from the session they have every Monday. This needs to be completed before the session on 14th July. #4.AOI/Risks – Currently, many interns have completed the assignments. Most of the interns from Srilanka are not engaging during the session.
