In line with this golden circle framework was explained to them that will help them identify and work towards their career goal/pursuits. THE GOLDEN CIRCLE RULE/FRAMEWORK – WHY – The purpose of one’s goal: Cause and belief. HOW – The process to reach/work towards achieving their goal. WHAT – Self-evaluation of each process they selected to reach their goal. Assignment – Students are to use the golden circle concept/framework in line with choosing and working towards their goal, and present it during the next class
