These methods aim to help learners grasp concepts thoroughly and remember them long-term. The key points covered include: Discipline – Emphasising the importance of time management and staying organised to create a structured learning environment.Concentration – Encouraging active listening and focused observation to absorb information more effectively. Making Notes – Highlighting the value of summarising key aspects and creating concise notes to reinforce understanding. Asking Questions – Promoting curiosity and clarity by encouraging learners to ask questions and resolve any doubts they may have.Practice – Stressing the need for consistent practice, not just to understand concepts but also to remember and apply them confidently. #3. Plan/Next Steps – 1. Annual intern awards and brainstorming are scheduled on 7th August, 8 pm IST, and the dry run is scheduled tomorrow, 8 pm. All interns are requested to join the main event on 7th August and engage and respond to questions when asked by using the raise your hand option. Project update – interns to update the AIMS section of their CLICS every Monday with numbers and facts backed with pictures in the format shared. 3. Interns take down notes during the session while the topic is being discussed in line with the 3P skill program and post updates to their CLICS with the learnings, questions and any suggestions. 5. The interns are requested to enable their community members to join the internship program, and the scores will be added to the internship evaluation. AOI/Risks – Currently, many interns have completed the assignments. Most of the interns from Srilanka are not engaging during the session.
