They were shown how a project plan is created by creating a task and related subtasks and assigning time, and assigning a team member responsible for completing a task. The instructions below were provided to create a project plan - #1. Break It Down into Tasks List main tasks and break them into subtasks.Example:Main Task – Organise the 15th August Independence Day event.Subtasks – Choose venue, Send invitations, Buy decorations, etc.#2. Assign Time to Each Task Estimate how much time each task will take.Set deadlines or timelines.#3. Assign Roles (Expectation Management) Imagine you have a team. Decide who will do what.Even if you’re working solo, assign roles as if you’re managing a team.Assignment - Students to present in the next class a project plan in line with the above instruction for the 15th August Independence Day event.
