iINVENTme Annual Internship Awards Ceremony:: 8th August 2025

The iINVENTme Annual Internship Awards Ceremony was held to recognise and celebrate the spirit of learning, creativity, and social impact. This event honored the top performers from our student community who have excelled in the 2024–2025 academic year as part of the I INVENT ME NABROS internship program. These young achievers have stood out through their projects, participation, and consistency, and will be recognised for their outstanding contributions.
During today’ session, we had parents of our interns as keynote speakers. These interns shared the values and cultural practices that have helped them grow stronger as a family and also shared their thoughts on why it is important to pass on these values and cultures to every generation, and why each generation should strive to do better than the one before.
#1.Keynote speaker –
Hugar family –

  • Mr and Mrs. Hugar from India, proud parents of our intern, Shankar Hugar. Mr. Kuruvatteppa Basanneppa Hugar is an Assistant Junior Manager at Iyengar’s Bakery, Hubli. Mrs. Lakshmi Kuruvatteppa Hugar is a dedicated homemaker, playing a vital role in supporting and nurturing her family.

Ali family –

  •  Mr. and Mrs. Ali from the Maldives, proud parents of our intern Aishath Ali. Mr.Shahlam Ali is a freelance tour guide and surf instructor at Vaadhoo, Maldives, and Mrs. Sarah Mohamed serves as a Council Member at Vaadhoo and plays a key role in community development.

Mulugund family –

  • Mr. and Miss Mulugung, proud parents of our intern Smitha – Mr. Gangadhar Mulagund works in the tours and travel sector, and Mrs. Pushpa Mulagund, typist in court old court, Hubli.

#2.Interns who shared their talent during the event –

  1. Nehara from AMITSU children’s home, Sri Lankan studying in grade 9th and an iINVENT ME intern to share her talent with a song in Sinhala.
  2. Aishath from Madlives, studying in grade 9th and an iINVENT ME intern to share her talent by reciting a poem that she has penned down.
  3. Akhil M, an iINVENT ME intern from India, to share his talent with us through a song that he has composed himself.

#3. Partner recognition – 

  •  iINVENTme awards for the top interns were presented in honor of iINVENT ME partners of Dr. Umesh Hallikeri , Dr. Preetha J Shetty, Dr. Deepti Joshi, Teacher Yasmeen Banu Momin and Vishwa. D. Vinayak Sir are individual whose outstanding dedication and achievement in their respective fields, plus community development, has enabled many in the region.
