What drives them? What are they passionate about? And it was emphasised that one should choose their career based on - How it will benefit them, how it would benefit the community/people and how it would benefit others.Belief - To reach our goal, we must have self-belief that we can achieve it.HOW – The Process The steps /process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals.Emphasis on developing relevant skills and completing their education.WHAT – Actions / Self-Evaluation Self-evaluation of every step/process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals to identify areas of improvement..The self-evaluation is to be done honestly on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
