The discussion focused on identifying different types of communication, such as verbal, non-verbal, written, and visual. Emphasis was placed on how concentration plays a key role in enhancing our communication skills across all these types. A core part of the session was centered around the 3 C’s of effective communication:

• Clarity – ensuring the message is clear and easily understood.
• Consistency – maintaining uniformity in messaging and tone.
• Completeness – delivering all necessary information without leaving gaps.
