Watch /Listen: 3P’s skill development online session held on 24th September, Observation Home For Boys, by clicking here – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GurD5qTOjCY Topic - How to practice concentration Overview - 1. When working towards our goal, we should take baby steps with concentration and without rushing. 2. If we do any work/tasks with concentration, we will avoid making mistakes. 3. How to practise concentration if you are not able to - - Count your breaths for 15-20 seconds, without changing your breathing pattern. - If you are not able to pay attention to the work, then take a break or do some other work for 5-10 minutes and then come back to the main work. - Pray - for the strength to pay concentration on what we are doing at this juncture, and what happened in the past we need to learn and move forward, and what happens in the future we need to leave it to God's plan. 4. To practise the above #3 points - - We need to have awarness to understand the cause of us losing our concentration. - To gain awarness, we need to pray every night, to thank God for what we have and also think/focus on the work/tasks we did and did not do with concentration. This will help enable awarness within us. - We need to focus on learning - The sources from which we learn from each other.Experience.School and college. 5.It was also emphasised that children need to focus on their school and college and complete their degree, which will help them in their present and future/holistic growth. 6. The students were invited to join the IINVENT ME Paid internship program by registering themselves at https://iinventme.org/paid-internship/ so that they can garner support for education/career pursuits. 7. Next week's topic - The Importance of Completing One Task Before Starting Another in Achieving Efficiency and Success. Assignment - Students to present in the next class on the tasks they paid attention to and where they did not.
