Topic – 3 Steps to Find a Solution to a Problem Overview – The three key steps one needs to keep in mind while finding a solution to a problem—whether personal, academic, or work-related—are as follows:

1. Root Cause Analysis – Identify where the problem began and understand what caused it.
2. Action Plan – Explore various possible solutions and seek help or input from others if needed.
3. Documentation – Record the root cause and the solution implemented so it can be referred to in the future for similar issues, ensuring continuous improvement.

#3.Plan/Next Steps – 1. Quarterly event held on 9th Oct – The interns to write a summary of their understanding from the session by 31st Oct @ https://iinventme.org/internship 2. The interns are requested to conduct sessions in line with their projects that can be broadcast live; they can work with Gerard on their schedule. 3. The interns who want to present their project every month should let Gerard know during this meeting (the week prior) so that the session can be set up, and the scores will be included in the evaluation for this project. On 30th Oct at 7:30 pm IST, Sulakshana and team will be presenting their gardening project, will need to send their PPT by this Sunday for review. 4. Project update – Interns to update the AIMS section of their CLICS by Monday with the numbers and facts backed with pictures by creating specific links using Google Drive links. On Tuesday, come prepared to present their project in English. 5. Interns take down notes during the session while the topic is being discussed in line with the 3P skill program and post updates to their CLICS with the learnings, questions and any suggestions. 7. 1. Aishath, who was supposed to present her project last week on Friday, did not show up.
2. The interns are not completing their assignments.
3. The project updates need to come through with the requested details.
4. The AIMS posts are pending approval for the Children’s home for boys, and Aishath–Gerard will follow up with his team
