Project --- teaching for elders. Accomplishments --- *I remain last session. *checked last week home work. *this week I discuss about the great "Goutam Buddha". *give some kannada words to home work. *This week I taught 5 elders. Challenges -- some people are ask me good questions about the topic. *I answered them.And *I am so happy about it. The 3p skills that helped me --- *project skill -- time, task and expectation management. *personal skill -- I developed my Knowledge and my leadership quality. *people skill --- communicate with elders.
