Each student received individual, constructive feedback with clear Areas of Improvement (AOI), including formatting, content relevance, language clarity, and alignment with current industry standards. Students were guided on how to incorporate the feedback, improve the structure and presentation of their resumes, and ensure that their skills, education, and experience are highlighted effectively. They were instructed to make the necessary corrections and resubmit their revised resumes for further review. The objective of the session was to help students develop professional, well-structured resumes that accurately and confidently reflect their capabilities and readiness for future opportunities. Assignment - Students to create a resume and present during the next session based on today's discussions.
