• WHY – Purpose / Cause and Belief

Purpose/cause – Students were encouraged to reflect on the reasons behind their career choices. What drives them? What are they passionate about? And it was emphasised that one should choose their career based on – How it will benefit them, how it would benefit the community/people and how it would benefit others. Belief – To reach our goal, we must have self-belief that we can achieve it.

• HOW – The Process

The steps /process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals.Emphasis on developing relevant skills and completing their education.

• WHAT – Actions / Self-Evaluation

Self-evaluation of every step/process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals to identify areas of improvement. The self-evaluation is to be done honestly on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis. Assignment –

1. Student in the next to present using the golden circle concept in line with their career pursuits. (need to cover the WHT and HOW part)
