Topic - Kathak Dance lessons The Kathak Dance gues that was taught today are as follows :  1.Namaskara (Salutation):  Namaskara is a respectful salutation performed at the beginning of a dance session. It is both a prayer and a gesture to seek blessings and bowing down as a mark of respect.  2. Hastakas (Hand Gestures in Mudras) Hastakas refer to specific hand movements.   Assignments- 1. The students to complete the notes and practice the dance positions taught today.
