Assignment – Students are to write and share what career paths they would like to opt for based on their passion/interests, backed by their skills and competencies.

The interns are to share their understanding and learnings from the quarterly interns award on 24th April, it can be shared either through writing an essay, poem, drawing, story, a song or any creative way which should be completed on or before 8th June 2025 and shared on the internship page @ https://iinventme.org/paid-internship/.This will be considered as one of the criteria for the year-end internship awards will be announced in July of 2025
2. Intern summer camp kicked off on April 1st. Students are requested to join the interns’ calls on Tuesdays and share their summer travels and AIMS: Art, Ideas, Music, Sports, Games and more for a chance to win prizes – Details @ https://iinventme.org/internship.
3. The prizes for the internship program will be announced in July 2025, so students, if you want to catch up to be among the top performers to qualify yourself to cash prizes, grants and annual scholarship, you have the coming month to start engaging in the interns’ weekly session scheduled every Tuesdays by sharing your AIMS/projects and train of thought. In line with this golden circle framework was explained to them that will help them identify and work towards their career goal/pursuits. THE GOLDEN CIRCLE RULE/FRAMEWORK – WHY – The purpose of one’s goal: Cause and belief. HOW – The process to reach/work towards achieving their goal. WHAT – Self-evaluation of each process they selected to reach their goal. Assignment – Students are to use the golden circle concept/framework in line with choosing and working towards their goal, and present it during the next class

Prof Master of Visual Arts and a freelancer,and pursuing her PHD in Fine Arts. During this session, she inspired the inmates with her life story/lessons, the points she stressed on - Don't take unwanted advantage of your freedom - use it for your growth.Do not complain, but seek and grab opportunities that come your way and utilise them for your personal growth.Have a goal in life.Trust yourself and your skills and work towards developing them.Run behind excellence and not money.Make the right choices while making relationships. Do not be dependent on othersLearn to communicate in English.

3p’s skill development session held on 22nd May @ State Home for women, Department of Women and Child Development. This session was conducted by Annapoorna Assistant. Prof Master of Visual Arts and a freelancer,and pursuing her PHD in Fine Arts. Topic: Drawing classes ( Filling colours to a drawing session#2) Overview – In today’s session, Annapoorna reviewed and taught the children how to fill in colours within a drawing. Assignment – Students to keep practising drawing straight lines and curved lines freehand hand meaning without using a scale.
