Date: 24th June 2025 #1.Attendance #18 #2. 3p skill session - Topic: - #3 steps to find a solution to a problem Overview – #3 steps to find a solution to a problem are as follows – 1.Root cause analysis – Finding out from where they began and what caused the problem. 2.Action plan – Looking at various options that the problem can be solved, try to seek help from others. 3.Documentation – Document how root cause and fix/solution so that it can be applied when a similar issue may have to arise + continues improvement. #3. Plan/Next Steps – 1.The interns are to share their understanding and learnings from the quarterly interns award on 24th April, it can be shared either through writing an essay, poem, drawing, story, a song or any creative way which should be completed on or before 26th June 2025 and needs to be shared on the internship page by click here https://iinventme.org/paid-internship. When we are honest in our dealings, give our 100% attention towards what we do and doing good for others, God will help us in the situation when we face challenges. 2. While dealing with others, we should be honest, give our 100% attention towards what we do, apologise when we commit a mistake and do good to others and not worry too much about what others are doing and by so we will be at peace with ourselves and live in happiness. 3. While doing business/transacting with others, we should be transparent and open in our communication and need to have value in our words and the best way to do it is through giving in writing, as this will be valued, and by doing so that both parties are on the same page and by doing so we maintain good relationships. 4. If we encounter any problems, we should share them with others, which will enable us to tackle the problem with different solutions and help us fix the issue with the best solution/fix. 5. If we know fundamentals/ have practical knowledge of any work by doing a little bit of learning, we can take on any related work, and the key is to keep up with our education, which will help for sure. Assignment - 1.Students in the next session to share where they have paid attention and done the work, and got better at it. 2.Next session will be geared towards student#2, who has mechanical knowledge, will share his learning about the vehicles they worked on, the issues and fixes part of it, and others can ask related questions.

• How to open in MS Word.
• How to type - font size, font style, text highlighting, changing font colour, bullet points, making the text bold and underlying.

Assignment - Students to type up in the heading IPL Teams 2025 and mention all the teams that played in IPL this year, keeping the heading 12 and the team names to 11 font size and font style to be Calibri. They need use the other option like text highlighting, changing font colour, bullet points, making the text bold and underlying accordingly.
