Topic - Spoken English (self-introduction/skills needed on a resume) Overview - This session was conducted by Yameen Madam, Asst. English teacher at Govt. SR Boomai High School, Hubli. During this session, she taught the students how to make a self-introduction during a review and important aspects to be included on a resume.

Project update – interns to update the AIMS section of their CLICS every Monday with numbers and facts backed with pictures in the format shared. 3. 3p’s skill development online session held on 26th July@ at Children home for boys Topic: Importance of education Overview – During today’s session, the importance of education was discussed with the children, and also why, as students, we should not compromise, be lazy or take the easy path in our education, just because some subjects/courses might seem to need more effort. It was also mentioned to them that if they want to be successful, enjoy and be at ease the rest of their lives, they need to avoid taking any easy paths in their education that would change the direction of their goal/career pursuits . It was also mentioned to the children that they need to complete 16+ years of education/complete graduation.

Overview - The #3 main points discussed in line with today's topic - #1. When we start to think that we know everything, we stop learning and growing. To avoid such an attitude, we should begin to think about what we can learn each day. #2. When we become greedy or have too much of expectations through our laziness, and is because we do not want to learn; hence, the solution is for us to keep learning something new each day. The sources from which we can learn are from our culture/values and elders, from education and each experience. #3. We need to start learning/working and doing things that bring us and for our family members happiness, this will help us grow together. #4. When we learn that everything belongs to God, we will not destroy the things that we have but rather protect and multiply/ grow. #5. To learn anything, we need to pray to God each day. In the morning, thank God for the new day and the things we have, be it our health, family and other blessings and at night, we need to thank God for the learning and ask pardon for the mistakes we have made and the strength to do better the next day. Praying will help us to become calm towards people, avoid becoming greedy. Assignment - Students to share during the next session what they have learned from their experience/work.
