The emphasis on being design-centric was discussed, meaning whatever we try to create or build, we need to think from a design perspective as a first step. 2. Design includes in every phase what we are trying to build - it covers (1) what we are planning to build, (2) how to maintain what we build, and (3) how to make any changes or enhancements to what we build. The design concept of how it applies to one carrer persuits was also discussed with the students, taking an example of each of their career goals/ambitions. 3. Design helps us understand the core reason of - WHY we are doing /creating something I HOW we are goin got achive to complete what we plan to create/accomplish, and I What we need to accomplish what we want to create/accomplish. 4. Whatever we want to accomplish as goals in life, we should do it to help others and with honesty. This will help us to be successfuly accomplish our goals and career pursuits.
