What drives them? What are they passionate about? And it was emphasised that one should choose their career based on – How it will benefit them, how it would benefit the community/people and how it would benefit others. Belief – To reach our goal, we must have self-belief that we can achieve it. HOW – The ProcessThe steps /process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals.Emphasis on developing relevant skills and completing their education. WHAT – Actions / Self-Evaluation of every step/process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals to identify areas of improvement. The self-evaluation is to be done honestly on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
