Jayashree from MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation. The session also highlighted the importance of good physical and mental health, as it helps us study better, work efficiently, and live happily. Simple physical exercises and meditation techniques were taught, which students should practice daily to improve concentration and focus. She also stressed the importance of following a disciplined daily routine. Being responsible, completing tasks on time, and avoiding laziness play a major role in maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
