Jayashree from MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation. The session highlighted the importance of maintaining good physical and mental health, as it helps us study better, work more efficiently, and lead a happy life. She explained that a healthy body and a calm mind are essential for achieving success in any field. Simple physical exercises and meditation techniques were demonstrated, and students were encouraged to practice them daily to improve concentration, focus, and inner peace. She also emphasized the value of following a disciplined daily routine. Being responsible, completing tasks on time, and avoiding laziness play a vital role in maintaining both physical and mental well-being. Developing good habits and staying consistent in our efforts can help us grow into confident and successful individuals.
