Communication is successful only when both the speaker and the listener understand each other properly. The 3 C’s of Effective Communication - 1. Clarity - Clarity in thought is the key to clear communication. Students should think clearly before they speak or write. When ideas are clear in the mind, the message becomes easy for others to understand. 2.Conciseness - Be direct and to the point. Avoid unnecessary details and stick to the main subject. Clear and brief communication saves time and keeps the listener engaged. 3. CompletenessEvery communication should have:

• A clear starting point
• Proper explanation or main content
• A clear ending or conclusion
• A call to action (what should be done next)
