Health is the number one priority in one's life. 2. We need to develop physical and mental health We should have a good night's sleep, and for this, 30 minutes prior, keep the phone, think of good ideas, have a good conversation, or take a walk, avoid going on the phone or doing any work. 3. To be healthy, #1. We must pray to God as we wake up for around 2-3 minutes; this will enable the flow in our body and will give us good ideas. #2. Clean ourselves, and #3. Have healthy food at home on time and with concentration. 4. Thinking about Good ideas, this will help us go in the right direction. 5. We should follow a disciplined lifestyle, which will enable good habits, and this will help us complete our tasks/work on time, avoiding unnecessary stress. 6. When we get angry/feel stressed, we need to practice breathing exercises and take a walk in nature. 7. When we do things in excess, we get tired/stressed/start feeling unwell, this happens if when we do not practice a balanced lifestyle. Hence, we need to practise a balanced lifestyle, and if you are tired/unwell, take 2-3 days rest/time off. Having a timetable for our daily tasks will help lead a balanced lifestyle. Assignment - The students to share in the next class what they are practising to lead a healthy lifestyle.
