The 3 steps are as follows – 1. Catch – capture the ideas you get in a book. 2. Plant – start to share your ideas with people that will assist you. 3. Grow – start working on your idea by giving your 100% and learn from every result. #3. Plan/Next Steps – 1. Project update – please update the AIMS post weekly numbers and facts backed with pics. 2.
