The below thumb rules for creating a PPT and presenting were also discussed -

  1. One(1) to two (2) pictures/images max. per slide.
  2. Per PPT 3 to 5 slides.
  3. Have agenda.
  4. Presentation not to exceed more than 20-30min.
  5. Mention at the start that Q&A will be taken up at the end so that the audience understands not to interrupt the presentation.
Assignments - Create a PPT - from the learning today on -
  • Introduction of computers.
  • Parts of a computer.
  • Input and output devices.
  • MS Office and its uses. For MS Excel include the formulas for calculations.
