During this session Dr. Umesh Hallikeri explained to the children how drugs/tobacoo consumption can harm our physical and mental health, he also shared the harmful ingridients used to make drugs/tobacoo. The doctor also shared that one should not be influded by influencial people promoting drugs/tobacoo and not got enage with people who are consume it. Dr. Umesh Hallikeri told the children in order to stay aways from drugs/tobacoo we need to practise good habits, learn new skills,have a goal to focus in life and more over focus on their studies and career
