She could not work on the other project literacy project last week as the elder people have staretd going to work in their fields. Kavya – She shared the updates about her literacy project where she teacher the elder people of her village to read and write, this week she has taught aroud 7 people.For more details please visit –

Arhan – He shared about the project / idea where he is working towards raising funds for a 115 year old theater has was damaged due to fire, his idea to raise funds is by composing a music album with video and share it so that people watch the video and get connected to come forwards and support the cause. MCLICS – Aishath – She spoke about the tree planation project at the schools.This week due to her studies he was not able to work on her art classes and coral saving project. SL CLICS – Mihina – She shared the updates on the organic/waste management project she is been working on.Nishadi – She shared the updates on the tree/gardening project she is working on. #4. 3P’s skill session – Topic SWOT Analysis (STRENGTS I WEAKNESS I OPPROTUNIES I THREATS) In todays session it was discussed with the interns on how SWOT analysis will help them understand/identify their strengths and weakness and the potential opportunitues they see through the strenghts they would identify and what would happen if they do not work on their weakness and the potential threat that may come up.This a topic that comes under the personal skills. #5.Plan/Next Steps – Interns to share their Project updates/AIMS on the CLICS.Interns to post their learning and questions if any from today’s and every session on the CLICS.Interns who were absent for the session can review the minutes and recoring on the internship page/site and post their learning and questions.How the interns can win the internship awards + qualify + earn additional awards was discussed.For more details please refer – https://iinventme.org/internship.The winners from last year to check their email regarding the deposit of their prize money, as there are some queries pertaining to their bank details etc that they need to reply to.If the interns have exams they need the Project Manager/Gerard know atleast a week inadvance that they cannot join due to exams so that we are aware while looking at the qulifying criteras for the awards.Every week one intern will be nominated to present their project ideas/AIMS.Project/AMS Presentation – On Friday 23rd August 9:30am CST/ 8pm IST/SL time, Thushara from SriLanka CLICS will be presenting his project and other interns will be invited.The invite will be shared by tomorrow.Gerard will work with Thushara tomorrow at 9pm to go through the PPT and flow of the session. #6.AOI/Risks – Currently none of the inters are meeting all the internship criterias as none of the interns are conduting session in line with the 3P’s skills.
