#2.AIMS Shared by Interns on the CLICS – DDCLICS #19 I MCLICS #0 I SLCLICS – #1 Intern Project updates – Kavya – Shared the updates about her project where she teachers the elder people of her village to read and write. This week she thought 6 of them on the topic - Protection of Animals.She also shared couple of herproject work and achievements on oDDCLICS. Basava - Spoke about the home garden project she stared at her home and also the project where she is teaching the elder people of her village to read and write, this week she thought 2 of them. Soubhagya – Shared about the organic manuer project she is working along with 5 other team members from her school, the manuer is coming out well. Aishath - Shared about the coral protection project she is working on her new learning in this project. #4. Topic discussed to day – Importance of developing Listening and observing skills Overview – In todays session it was discussed with the interns how developing the skills of listening and obervation with concentration will enable them to become quick learners and learn any subject matter, languages and skills and also do their project in a more effective and efficient manner thus enbaling them to be successful in their persuits. #5.Plan/Next Steps –

• .If the interns have exams need to let the Project Manager know atleast a week advance that they cannot join due to exams so that we are aware while looking at the qulifying criteras for the awards.
• They will need to strating updating their project/AIMS on https://iinventme.org/internship
• The interns are requested to update the CLICS with their AIMS as well, even if they are partcipating in any competetion / winning any prizes etc.
• The interns to update their learning from todays session by this week on https://iinventme.org/internship

#6.AOI/Risks –

• Currently none of the inters are meeting all the internship criterias as none of the interns are conduting session in line with the 3P's skills.
