Overview : Through this session the interns/children learned the thumb rules of creating power point presentations and key options that is required to create a effective ppt which be easily presentable and understandable for the audience. Thumb rules for creating PPT's as below - 

• One(1) to two (2) pictures/images max. per slide.
• 
  
• Per PPT 3 to 5 slides.
• Presentation not to exceed more than 20min.
• Mention at the start that Q&A will be taken up at the end so that the audience understand not to interrupt the presentation.

  Plan/Next Steps -  1. During the weekly meeting, Interns kick start the discussion with the below question in English -  Q . Any instance or situation that you can share where you believe that you were the best that you could be or would have done if you were in that situation? This could be in your studies, sports, hobbies, home, or any other situation.  2. The 3 evaluation criteria discussed with the interns so that they can qualify themselves for the internship awards that have been outlined, also the details to see the top performing interns on http://iinventme.org/ displayed to the interns will be updated on a monthly basis based on their performances.    3. Assignment for this week -

• Learning and Questions from today’s session - Post your learning on your CLICS on or before 3rd December 2023.
• Submit your AIMS - #2 Each.
• Create a PPT to introduce yourself keeping in mind the thumb rules and points discussed during the session – to be submitted by 3rd December to gmanik@nabros.com .
• Note - All pending assignments from past weeks are to be submitted accordingly on or before 4th December. For those who do not have a computer to type up their resume, they can type in on the respective CLICS without mentioning the email id and contact/phone number.

  4. Project for the Quarter -

• The interns invite their family, friends, and anyone they believe to join the weekly meeting by forwarding the invite.

   Risks/AOI - 

• No AIMS submission on the CLICS from interns of Maldives and DCPUD.
• Interns who are not submitting their assignments on time.
• Project - This week no interns have got anyone from their contact to join the weekly meeting brainstorm/workshop.
