High school SN Shetty, Hubli – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRgTuIdOxEg Topic – Importance of Listening and Observing with Concentration  Overview – During the session today it was discussed with the children that they have to develop the skill of concentration that will help them to learn any subject, skill and work more effectively and also help them give their best. Doing things/tasks with concentration creates awarness that leads to continuous improvement. Listening and observing with concentration are key to effective studying, as they help students understand concepts clearly during lessons. How to practise concentration if you are not able to – – Count your breaths for 15-20 seconds, without changing your breathing pattern. – If you are not able to pay attention to the work, then take a break or do some other work for 5-10 minutes and then come back to the main work. – Pray – for the strength to pay concentration on what we are doing at this juncture, and what happened in the past we need to learn and move forward, and what happens in the future we need to leave it to God’s plan.
