3p’s skill development session held on 23rd October at Observation Home for Boys – Topic – Steps to find a solution to a problem In today’s session, the 3 steps to find a solution to a problem were discussed as stated below –

1. Have a taught process of permanently fixing the problem.
2. Root cause analysis – understanding where the problem has started and the cause.
3. Action plan – start working towards a solution that will fix the problem permanently, and seek help from people who can assist.
4. Choose the solution that will fix the problem permanently.
5. Documentation for future references – Write down the Root cause of the problem and the solution applied that has fixed to problem permanently
