Topic: Bases to set New Year resolution Overview : In today's session, the 5 criteria that one needs to include in a New Year resolution was discussed - The criteria are as follows. 1 Become better humans/citizens. 2 Focus and balance between the 3 key priorities in one's life for holistic growth which are health, learning/education, and goal. 3 Changes 1 habit/behavior that will stop them from growing in their pursuits. 4 Develop 1 new skill. 5. Helps others - by sharing knowledge/experiences.
