Minutes: Kick off Meeting_Sri Lanka CLICS  Attendees : Abhi I Ashan Perera I Gerard I Tiranjan Date : 29th April 2022 Accomplishments :  1.Registration formalities by the partners of SriLankan CLICS complete. 2.SLCLICS launched - CLICS link : https://iinvent.wpengine.com/srilanka-clics/ Next Steps: -PMO Tasks 1.Team communication channel :Gerard will create a ticket for team communication that can easily leveraged via email by Replying All so all communication gets consolidated. To be added to the email chain/tickets Abhi I Ashan Perera I Panchali I Tiranjan 2.Schedules :  

• Team - Abhi CST (US) I Tiranjan EST (Cannada) I Gerard IST (India) I Ashan (Srilanka Time zone).
• Training - 8:30pm SL/10am CST should work fine any day. Gerard will share which day would work so that Tiranjan can work that with Panchali.
• Weekly Meetings - Friday's 8:30pm SL I 10 am CST -we go ahead until May, and then we plan to see if there is a change in schedule required.
• Events - 4th Friday of the month at 7:30pm SL/10 am CST.
• The monthly leadership call we can accommodate the same time during the weekly meeting.

3.POC - Gerard will the POC for all co-ordination and Replying All to the ticket via email is the best, for calling the WhatsApp number, this is on his email signature. 4.Minutes : will be updated on the ticket/email channel and the CLICS site. 5.Srilanka CLICS link and details to go on partner website/portfolio - Gerard will share the details. 6. Through the CLICS program we are here to compliment the partners. 7.Curators - To be aligned as a part for this program, we can talk about this agenda in the next meeting. 8.There is an account that created for Layer7 innovation - Abhi will approve it so that all the details reach out to them. 9.PPT with the details of the CLICS program - by next week Gerard will share with the team so that it can be shared with individuals like Panchali. - Event/Panel Discussions :  1.The topics/curation are typically around the current scenarios and the discussion will float around towards what are the ideas, innovation, solutions or anything we can do to improve upon the current challenges. 2.The schedule that works is May 27th 7:30pm SL/10 am CST. 3.Panel of 9 members where all get 2-3 min to speak the session will be for 1hour 30min, but per Ashan we will need to keep it of 5-6 people who get 10min to speak with a Hybrid model 4.We can broadcast on the partner social media channels. 5.Topic will be curated in lines of the current situation in SriLankan and what are the short-, mid- and long-term ideas to solve it. 6.The social media PR, flyer/poster the i-INVENT team will create it so that we can replicate it for others events. This will feature the partners and their efforts/initiatives. 7.We can have the launch of the SriLankan CLICS during this event. 8.During this event the plan is to recognize individuals who can be awarded with a certificate for their efforts for example during these crises be it partners, NGO's, volunteers, leaderships - Ashan/Tiranjan will share the recipient details. The certificates design will be showcasing the partners as well 8.By coming Tuesday Gerard will share the draft poster of the event with the topic and details to Ashan and Tiranjan and have a subsequent discussion on the topic, poster, panel photos. 9.Gerard will work with Ashan about the format for the panel discussions once the tasklist is chalked out - we can enable the online and hybrid model as will. - Projects :  1.Support for Panchali who teaches kids in need - 

•  Panchali is a certified IELTS trainer and is concentrating on students that are in rural parts of SriLankan online. The curriculum has been shared.
• As a part of the CLICS program we can provide the technology, and the main part is to garner the support through grants/scholarships to enable here to train the trainers and enable students. Through the technology platform that we can enable for her trainings, here all the content is owned by the provider to leverage it the way she wants.
• As a part of the CLICS program we will set up a CLICS for Panchali under Srilanka CLICS so that we can start raising the support/donation, the donation raised are public information so all the donation that come in will go to her.

2.Provide infrastructure for students at the co-working place - 

• Per Tiranjan the power cut is only for 3hours 30 min, right now they are studying/working from their home but it is worth exploring now.
• For the students Tiranjan will have Ashan look at the universities.
• This can be certainly opened to flatcom which is the IT startup NGO that helps startup companies in all aspects of their Business including office space.- Tiranjan works closely with this company and will talk to the director of the company with the ppt that is requested for.
