Minutes : MASON/JAPAN CLICS Bi-weekly Status Meeting Attendees : Gerard I Mr.Mason I Harry Date : 9th June 2021 Accomplishments : None. Plan/Next Steps : 1.Per Mr. Mason the schools will start in August where the student's will be coming to the schools the plan is to have these kids start on the pen pal program and we also start the brainstorm sessions where the topics can be curated towards positive mind set. 2.Per Harry seems like Mr. Oguro will discontinue as he is busy, but Harry will look at alternate schools where the pen pal program opportunity can be offered. AOI/Risks : 

1. No traction from the OG students on the iINVENT program in term of curators/brainstorm sessions.
2. No traction from Mr. Oguro students on the letter program.Mr. Oguro will discontinue as he is busy
