Minutes : DDCLICS EDU_ Partner Weekly Status Meeting. Attendees : Abhi I Ottilie I Gerard Date : 6th May 2021.     Accomplishments :

1. Classroom sessions have started for 5 schools from 10th grade during lock down- till date 33 sessions, attendance 50%
2. Training : 5 schools,29 teachers trained.- complete
3. Aligned the curators from the 10 schools.

  Plan/Next Steps : 1.Focus : Health - Dr. Sessions (7:45pm IST Thursday's)

• Thursday 7:45pm starts from coming week.
• The Topic related to Health and Wellness.
• Flyer 
• Required by Monday - so that schools have 2 days to collect the questions.
• The poster to have the Topic+ Doc Pic.
• Ottilie will share the Doc name + pic by tomorrow.
• Session flow : 

Into + guidelines - 5 min Expert talk - 10 min. Q&A - mix (live + predefined)   EDU :

• Classroom session : This is ongoing for the 10th graders, request from Kundagol EEO to start the class for 45 schools in her location,team will need to plan this effort.
• Assessments : Received the assessment question from Mr.Vijay for 10th and 9th grade, he will share for the other grades by next week and try to translate them to kannada.

    2.iI Grant : Partner's to apply for grants. Grant platform restructuring of the design in line with the COVID situation.   3.Launch : Virtual plan after the 10th exams - will be discussed over next meeting.   Requested Approvals:

1. Access to the project portal App for the Dist. Admin and then partners.

  Delays and Challenges: 1.Class room attendance - GHS Raynal. 2.Firming programs - Date moved to 14th May. 3.Training for the remaining 5 curators moved to May21st.
