Steam Session: Fixing a problem

1. Step 1: staying calm, patient, thinking, ideas, team work, listening, breathing
2. Step 2: write down problem : abhi cannot hear the kids.
3. Step 3: what is the easiest step: restart software, still problem persists
4. Step 4: test abhi’s speakers, working. then test mic at amitsu.
5. Step 5: Problem found: mic not working
6. Step 6: easiest fix: try putting the mic in another port
7. Step 7: and it worked
8. What if it had not: try cleaning cable, go to setting and check, restarting the computer, should we exchange the mic’s from another computer
9. Edison used this method: he would try the 10, 100 or more ideas one by one to fix the problems when inventing the bulb ..and finally he arrived at the solution
