Topic – Communication.
Communication is a discussion between two or a group of people. There are four types of communication.
1.Verbal communication.
2.Written Communication
3.Visual Communication.
4.Active Listening.
The 3 c’s for effective communication –
If we practise these 3 C’s of effective communication, it will help us to communicate better –
1. Clarity – if we should talk and speak with clarity, it passes on the message to the front person or people effectively, and this we need to have clarity in our mind that for clarity to come to us before we talk or speak, we must be prepared.
2. Consistency – we should speak to the point or to the subject, it will help the audience/people remember and understand easily what we are trying to communicate.
3. Completeness – When we are trying to pass any information while we are talking or speaking, we should provide all the required information with clarity and concisely. An when we are trying to get any information from someone we should listen or see with concentration this will helo us get the required information we need.
