Session: Management Sustenance, Growth , New Ideas during Covid If Abhi drives a tuk tuk and makes Rs.100, should abhi spend all 100 or save? Save some amount If Abhi saves money, should he spend it on movies and party all the time? No Rule 1: Save some money from what you earn Rule 2: Spend less than what you earn If you have saved money then during crisis, you will be comfortable. If you are comfortable, then should you eat sleep watch tv or go out and help others in need? Help others If Abhi use to pick up passengers from bus stand, then let us say during, where should he go to pick up the passengers ? To the hospital We have learned about sustenance, growth and new ideas during crisis The main question: What is a good idea? An idea that helps me, others and nature. So be it good normal times or during COVID times, always pursue ideas that help you, others and nature How do we get good ideas? Balance – if Abhi is working 10 hours usually then shoudl he continue to work for 10 hours or reduce … shoudl he stop all work… Read more »
Session: Abhi was late by 15 mins. Kids discussed the last session and had one more question “How do tears come to our eyes” ? Tears come to us when we are sad. Tears come when smoke or dust particle come into our eye. Tears come when we stare at the sun. How do you solve the problem? Draw a line. Then write the key information… key info : tears, eye, how? What is the key formula: Why tears come to us? How do tears to us? What happens when tears come to us? When do tears come we know: when we are sad, when somethign goes into our eye Our eye also has water at 70 %. So when dry by watching too much screen or sun, water comes. When normal also, water is constantly coming to the eye. Our eyelids push the water down like water. We have a ocean within us ..salty water ,, tears and sweat like ocean,.water 70% Why: Balance: our water level and moods/to maintain 70% water in our eye. To clean up. How: Eyes constantly have water coming in. The eyelids act as wiper to wipe the eye and maintain. So what happens… Read more »

STEAM: Science, Tech, Engineering, Art, Math
We have learnt more about intelligence, function and ideas.
Session: Intelligence, Ideas and Function Connection to energy Attention Learn from nature always. By age of 20 to 22 learn, education and become perfect in your skills.. then get married by 25 /max 28 … Review of past lesson: energy and how it moves So what makes humans, sun, birds unique and function? Everything is energy. But, ideas, intelligence and function define how we use, combine and transform energy. When distracted pay attention to breathing With paying attention to breahting, the potential energy becomes kinetic and flows into the idea, intellingence and then the function(whatever i am doing) Formula: any time you feel distracted , bring your attention to breathing. Anytime I feel angry, rather than reacting and saying something, i try to bring my attention to my breath and then i tell what i had to say .. usually nicely :) I am cleaning dishes. Then i start thinking of a tv show. Then my dishes are not that clean .. what should I do? I am driving a car. I get a text message. Should I read the text message? No Then I start thinking who sent it, what is in it.. what should I do? attention to… Read more »
Session:
Why is the sun hot? How does it produce heat? What happens because of heat?
Quantum theory, Wave theory and Theory of relativity
Discussion:
Sources of energy:
Session: Science + Technology How is energy created and how does it move Car winding and release – Potential to kinetic – Lasith Electricity : Kinetic to Potential : Nabima Fan : Potential to Kinetic to Potential Wind energy When the child kicks the ball , it gets kinetic energy and when it stops it is potential When the dancer is standing still potential energy. When they are dancing it is kinetic energy. Sun rays kinetic energy –> Hit the solar panel in potential state –> AToms vibrate to kinetic state –> Light in bulb potential state Man at rest is potential energy and running kinetic We learned about two types of energy: kinetic and potential Energy moves from one state to other When light is created in the bulb, then is light energy? Yes. Then where is this ligth? This light that is emitted is absorbed by things around us when the car is wound, our energy goes into the car. as it moves on the floor, it releases energy into the air , the floor and … So the most important thing: Energy can never be destroyed nor created. It exists. where do we get our energy from… Read more »
