Center for Learning, Innovation, Creativity and Startup (CLICS) supports the students in the children’s home(s) in SriLanka.
About
Why:
AMI Tsunami Children’s Home is an idea that manifested when the family was saved from the Tsunami of 2004. The purpose of our efforts is to support children in need in SriLanka.
How:
Provide kids in need with boarding, education, career and medical support. In addition we hope to provide leadership, frame work, guidelines, design and consulting for those interested to start and run a Children’s home.
What:
Enable our children in SriLanka to grow into healthy, happy, responsible and successful citizens.

STUDENTS

STEAM: Why do clouds float? Some ideas: what is everything made up of? 5 elements, atoms, +ve -ve neutral, vibration what is cloud made up of ? water in gas form what is snow made up of? water in solid form What is ocean made up of? water in liquid form if they are all made up of water , What is the difference between ocean, cloud and snow : the temperature or the level of vibration or the energy level or the space within each atom .. when water is heated it transforms from liquid to gas .. that is when energy is applied or space is given, then the vibration reduces (may be due to the distancE time taken for electrons/protons to move increases) and the state of existence changes from liquid water to gas .. just like how a balloon when filled with light gas floats up, the atom filled with this extra space becomes lighter and floats up when water is cooled it transforms from liquid to solid (snow/ice) .. that is when energy or space is removed, then the vibration increases (may be due to the distancE/ time taken for electrons/protons to move reduces) and… Read more »

Sometimes the sun is shining some times it not shines.
The cause is
A bulb is twinkling 50 times per second. But we can’t see it because it is near us. Like that way the sun is also blinking. And we cannot see it blinking. Because of that we can see the sun sometimes shining and some times not shining.
