FISCAL YEAR
A fiscal year is a 12 month period that a company uses for accounting and financial statement purposes. A fiscal year doesn’t always begin in January and end in December. It run over any period of 12 months.
Having a defined fiscal year allows companies and investor to measure performances over the period of one year. It also allows them to compare revenue and cost with previous years and make business decisions.
By using a fiscal year it lets seasonal businesses to choose the start and end dates that better align with their revenues and expenses. It means a fiscal year can help to present a more accurate picture of a company’s financial performance.
In my point of view the best months to start and end a fiscal year are the months between July to October due to not having any holidays. Companies can start the fiscal year freely and end it freely.
Fiscal year Fiscal year is known as a set one- year accounting period used for financial reporting and budgeting. A company can decide what is the best month to start the fiscal year. It can be in the middle of the year. There is no rule that a fiscal year should start on January. In India the fiscal year usually starts on 01st of April. In U.S the fiscal year starts on 01st of October. A fiscal year can be changed from a company to a company. There are advantages of a fiscal year. The benefits of a fiscal year are can avoid conflicts with customers, can lower contract costs, can manage the budget successfully, can give service providers and clients more chances to handle financial matters, can be relax when we are preparing tax documents, budgets and year end reports My suggestion is if a company starts their fiscal year on 01st of January, it will be good for the company. The reason is the new year starts on January. At that time we all start our work on the new year very positively. We start the year newly. If the fiscal year ends on 31st of December we… Read more »
The session that held on 12th of June.
How to measure the good idea.
This Thursday I had my physical test. In the physical test we have three events. The first event was running 2.5km s in fourteen minutes. After that the second event was sit-ups. They gave us a minute. We should do sit-ups as possible as we can. For a one sit-up we have three points. We should do thirty three sit-ups to earn ninety nine marks out of hundred. I had done only twenty three sit- ups in a minute. Then the third event was a shuttle within ten seconds. Collecting the marks that we had earn from the interview and the physical test they choose the super ones. And also they do not give a chance who have over qualifications. The final result and the next steps will be send to our e mails.
I’m Nethmi. A month before I applied for the position ‘Security Assistant’ in the Sri Lankan Airlines. Last Thursday I had our first interview. Firstly they checked our height. Only the candidates who have the necessary height can go forward. Then they checked our National Identity Card, Birth certificate and the original O/L result sheet. If we are qualified from these things only we can face the interview.
In the interview firstly they asked to introduce about ourselves. Then about the company. And then they asked why I had applied for this position, what are the qualifications that I have to stay in this position. Among asking these questions they checked our certificates. When we are qualified they give us a letter that we should participate in a physical test.

The good idea means that the idea which help me, others and environment.
Balance help me to grow, others to grow and environment to grow. So the balance is a good idea.
When we balance everything in our life our mind starts to get good ideas and when we share them with others they also get good ideas and it helps to them.
When they share their ideas we can learn from them.
We can get a good ideas praying for the god.
The session that held on 15th of May.
Remembered the previous lesson.
The atoms are made out of electrons, protons, neutrons and space which is full of love.
If we take out the space which is full of love, the earth will be a foot board.
We also made out of love.
We should do the work from our best.
We can do our work from our best
We must practice to pray Lord everyday.
When we do work from our best, we will have the best results.
The session that held on 08th of May.
People celebrate different various of festivals.
The main thing that the all festivals are giving us is to be a good human.
How to be good humans:
We learn how to be good humans from different cultures, religions and festivals.
On Ramazan we learn how food is connected with us and how healthy food for us.
We all be fresh with water.
Water is being fresh by air.
Air is being fresh by sunlight.
Sunlight is being fresh by space.
Space is being fresh by love.
Love is made out of vibration. So all the water, air, sunlight, space are cleaning by the vibration.
When we do everything with love this whole space will be clean and nice.
The session that held on 24th of April.
The challenges that we have when we are working according to a time table.
We can’t control the changes of the weather, health problems but we can control forgetting.
The things that we can control to manage our time table.
The most important thing in our life is health. We can’t do any things without a good health.
The only way to get a good health working to a time table is balance.
Focus on the thing that we are doing now. Don’t overthink.
