The session that held on 30th of September

We shared our experiences in last week. Last Monday we learnt about ‘ how do we maintain a healthy immune system and how to we make relationships’.

How do we maintain a healthy immune system?

Our immune system helps to fight with germs.And also it helps to resist diseases.So we should maintain it healthy.For that we should have a good rest and sleep. And also we shold get fresh vegetables and fruits.

How to we make relationships?

Relationship is a people skill. We should be honest to make a relationship.There are three matters to follow to make relatioship. They are,

• We should be honest and open
• We should tell others what we do , what we feel and what we say in honestly
• We should share our ideas with others

The secret of the maintaining good relatinships is doing good things, saying and thinking good things .

I ‘m working on waste and gardening project.

Accomplishments:

• Some raddish plants are growing nicely
• I didn’t water our plants because these days we have rain
• And also our beans and leaks plants are growing

Challenges :

• Some raddish plants died because of the heavy rain

The lesson that I learnt:

• I try to protect our plants

3p’s skills that helped me:

• Personal skills – learning from others
• People skills – work with others as a team
• project skills- time management and task management

Project Management

Project management is the act of planning, organizing, and managing a project in order to achieve a goal.

There are 3 types of project management.They are,

• Time management
• Task mangement
• Expectation management

Time management : the process of organizing and planning how to divide our time between different activities.

Task management : the process of planning,organizing and completing tasks to achieve goals.

Expectation management : the process of communicating and managing expectations to ensure thateveryone involved is clear about what to expect.

This is my understanding about the project management.

Steps to solve a problem

01) Root cause analysis
~This means finding the what caused the problem, how and why the problem began.

02) Action plan
~Searching for various methods, ways that the problem can be solved and asking for someones assistance if needed

03) Documentations
~For future preferences taking done notes regarding the root cause and solutions.

This is my understanding about how to find a solution for a problem.

I’m working on organic manre angd gardening project.

Accomplishments :

• We made a new bed for cabbage
• And our raddish seeds are growing nicely
• We planted some leaks and now they are growing
• And also we planted poles for bean vines
• These days we haven’t rainy so we watered our plants

Challenges :

• Some times our plants die because of very hot so we keep them away from the sunny

The lesson that I learnt:

• I learnt how to save small plants away from the sunny
