During the session today, the following topics were covered with the children to help them improve their English communication skills:

  1. Use of the present tense in day-to-day conversation. 
  2. Use of do and does in the formation of sentences.

 Assignment –
Each student in the next session to present the below
1. Translation of Kannada sentences into English, each student to present 5 sentences.
2. Summary of the prior session. 
3 . Share a story

Topic – How to Practice Good Health

Overview –
During the session, the importance of both physical and mental health was discussed with the children, highlighting how it contributes to their holistic growth and development. The tips for leading a healthy lifestyle were explained in line with the following key points:
1. Discipline – Maintaining regular routines such as proper sleep, healthy eating, and daily exercise helps build a strong foundation for good health.
2. Balance – Balancing studies, play, rest, and nutrition ensures that the body and mind stay active, energetic, and focused.
3 Being Persistent vs Being Lazy – Good health requires consistent effort. Choosing to be active, responsible, and committed every day helps avoid laziness and builds strong habits for life.
